DMV Prep CA Privacy Policy

DMV Prep CA is an independent California driving knowledge study app. This policy describes version 1.0.0.

Data collection

The app does not collect or transmit personal information or study activity to the developer. It does not require an account and includes no advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking, or developer-operated server.

Study progress on your device

Your answers, exam results, bookmarks, and completed lessons are saved locally in the app’s storage to support practice and progress tracking. The developer cannot access this information through the app. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple device and backup settings.

Deleting progress

Open Your progress and select Reset all progress to remove saved study progress and bookmarks. Removing the app also removes its local app container; copies in device backups are managed through your Apple backup settings.

External links

Study content and illustrations are bundled for offline use. If you choose to open an official source link, the linked website may receive ordinary web-request information and handles data under its own privacy policy. DMV Prep CA does not control those websites.

Children

The app does not collect personal information from any user, including children.

If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated. For privacy questions, use the developer contact options on the app’s App Store support page.
